Before the Rip-Out

I decided to take a picture of what I had finished before I started ripping out squares to redo them. I've completed three squares so far and they're coming out good. Too bad I didn't pay close attention the first time. I guess this is how we learn our lessons, right!

  1. I don't see anything wrong with it. Mine looked the exact same...maybe I needed to take mine out as well.

  2. Hahaha, you definitely don't need to take yours out too. If you look close, though it's hard to see in the picture, the 9 patches aren't even ... some not even close. So when I started to sew on the border I got about 6 inches before I realized that the squares weren't even close to matching up. I've sewed a few squares carefully, and the seams are totally different than they were. I could have modified it to "work", but I wouldn't have liked it. I'm probably dumb to take it all out, but I want to like it.
